Doctor Care Anywhere announces the strengthening of its relationship with Nuffield Health, through the development of a unique, digitally integrated service providing virtual and face-to-face GP services across the UK.

Doctor Care Anywhere Group PLC (ASX:DOC, "Doctor Care Anywhere") has signed Head of Terms with Nuffield Health, one of the UK's largest private healthcare organisations, to develop a digitally integrated virtual and in-person primary care service. Pre-marketing to Nuffield Health's network of 1,600 corporate clients will commence immediately.

Launching in 4Q 2021, this partnership will allow patients access to Doctor Care Anywhere's 24/7 virtual GP service and Nuffield Health's nationwide network to face-to-face GPs via one digital platform and represents the first nationally integrated primary care propositions in the UK. It is estimated tat approximately 70% of all primary care consultations ca be conducted virtually. By integrating an in-person GP service, Doctor Care Anywhere will be able to increase the scope and volume of primary care consultations offered to patients.

This new approach demonstrates digital healthcare's ability to transform health journeys by allowing patients the choice of how, when and where they access primary care. The integration will also allow patients to have access to an expanded scope of clinical services which can be booked, reviewed and followed up on one digital platform.

A further update will be released to the market upon signing of the full contract.
