Rippl partners with Doctor Care Anywhere to launch mobile accessible wellbeing benefits to deskless workforces

London, UK (23rd April 2026) – Rippl, the award-winning employee recognition, reward and benefits platform, today announces a new partnership with Doctor Care Anywhere, one of the UK’s leading virtual primary care providers, to enhance its wellbeing offering.

This collaboration will give employees across the UK mobile-first access to GP, Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP), physiotherapy and mental health appointments - significantly expanding clinical support for deskless and decentralised workforces.

Rippl’s mission is make every employee matter, regardless of role, shift pattern or location. They work with enterprise organisations like Betfred and Birmingham Airport to unlock equal access to health and wellbeing benefits, unlike traditional platforms designed for office-based staff which restrict access through reliance on corporate devices and logins.

Supporting workforces across 39 countries, Rippl’s mobile app centralises engagement, rewards, discounts and wellbeing tools for the frontline employees powering many of the world’s essential sectors including Retail, Aerospace, Manufacturing and Construction. This partnership with Doctor Care Anywhere removes barriers to ensure employees across Rippl’s customer base have visibility of and smoother pathways to essential health and wellbeing services.

 

What the partnership involves

Enabling faster routes to the right support, Rippl provides greater benefits visibility, relevant wellbeing content and integrated contact channels for employees to access Doctor Care Anywhere’s range of extensive support:

  • GP appointments:  Fast, convenient access to UK registered GPs via video and phone consultations which are open for 24/7 appointments, helping employees get timely medical advice from anywhere.

  • Physiotherapy appointments: Direct access to physiotherapists, alongside a digital MSK treatment programme to support pain management, mobility and recovery, managed within a treatment plan tool.

  • Mental health practitioner appointments: Access to qualified mental health practitioners for assessment and guidance, extending Rippl’s existing wellbeing and recognition tools with direct clinical support.

  • Full household support: Offering appointments and services for up to four dependents per household, so employees and their families can benefit from support.
