Doctor Care Anywhere delivered a landmark year in FY2025, achieving profitability, positive cash generation and margin expansion for the first time in the Company’s history. Revenue reached £38.0m, underlying EBITDA was £5.3m, and net profit was £1.2m, with £2.2m operating cash flow generated and cash on hand increasing to £6.6m.

The Board and management highlighted the successful completion of a multi‑year transformation, strengthening operational discipline, service reliability and clinical governance. DCA supported 1.28m activated lives, delivered 684k consultations, and consistently provided same‑day access through its highly resilient digital platform.

With a proven operating model and a growing market opportunity across employers, insurers, consumers and the NHS, DCA enters 2026 focused on disciplined execution, scalable growth and delivering on its £80m+ revenue ambition over the next 3–5 years.
