Doctor Care Anywhere Partners with HelloSelf to Expand Access to Personalised Mental Health Support

Leading private healthcare provider Doctor Care Anywhere (DCA) has announced a new partnership with HelloSelf, a mental health platform, enabling DCA clinicians to refer patients directly to a personalised service offering therapy, coaching, and AI-supported care.

HelloSelf’s approach is built on personalised SelfPlans, recognising that outstanding mental health support is never one-size-fits-all. Each member’s care is shaped by a combination of measurable outcome data, individual needs, and clinician oversight, enabling the creation of tailored SelfPlans that offer the right level of intensity for the best long-term outcomes.

All pathways are supported by HelloSelf’s Companion — a therapist-designed AI companion designed to provide psychologically safe, day-to-day support Between & Beyond the Therapy Session — with patients matched to qualified dedicated therapists who oversee their care plan.

Following clinical assessment, patients are guided into one of four personalised care pathways based on their needs: weekly therapy, monthly therapy, neurodiversity coaching, or HelloSelf Companion-led support. This ensures that individuals who may be sub-clinical, as well as those requiring more structured treatment, can access appropriate, clinically guided support.

Crucially, the HelloSelf Companion can be used both between therapy sessions and beyond formal treatment, enabling faster clinical outcomes, step down care and importantly ongoing relapse prevention.

The partnership is now live, expanding access to flexible, clinically guided mental health support for Doctor Care Anywhere patients.

HelloSelf & Doctor Care Anywhere have committed to work together on innovations in the space, enabling more patients to get access to Behavioural Health Prescriptions alongside mental health and GP services.
