Rippl members can now access DCA Weight Management, a 12-month programme combining weight loss medication, 1-on-1 health coaching and ongoing clinical support.

LONDON, 01 October 2026 - Rippl, the award-winning employee recognition, reward and benefits platform, today announced a new partnership with Doctor Care Anywhere (DCA), the UK digital healthcare provider, to give Rippl members access to DCA Weight Management.

The new benefit, available now through the Rippl platform, gives members and up to five members of their friends and family access to a 12-month weight management programme, combining weight loss medication, personalised 1-on-1 coaching and clinical oversight from UK-registered clinicians.

DCA Weight Management is delivered entirely online. Members complete a short assessment, which is reviewed by a UK clinician before any prescription is dispensed by DCA's UK-regulated pharmacy and delivered free of charge. Ongoing coaching and clinical support continue throughout the programme to support long-term, sustainable results.

The service is generally suitable for adults with a BMI of 30 or above, or 27 and above alongside a related health condition such as type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure or heart disease, subject to clinical assessment.

The partnership brings together Rippl's reach into deskless and decentralised workforces across the UK with DCA's weight management clinical infrastructure.
