New channel agreement with Allianz Partners embeds Doctor Care Anywhere into their UK and European international private medical insurance policies from 1 January 2021

22 December 2020 – Doctor Care Anywhere PLC (“DOC” or “the company”), today announces the signing of a new channel agreement with Allianz Partners international health line of business, one of the world's largest insurance and assistance companies. This marks the company’s first international private medical insurance (“iPMI”) agreement in Europe following the expansion of its offering to the Republic of Ireland in October 2020.

This agreement will allow Allianz Partners iPMI policyholders and dependants based in Europe access to Doctor Care Anywhere’s digital health services, including teleconsultation.

Product launch is targeted to be in January 2021

Evergreen agreement with no set expiry period

Consultations to be provided by DOC’s Irish Medical Council-registered clinicians

Initial services to include DOC virtual GP consultations

The new agreement will sit alongside DOC’s existing channel relationships with other leading global insurers and hospital groups.
