The results, released to the ASX on 17 August 2026, showed:

• EBITDA up 27.1% to £2.6m, with margin up 2.1 percentage points to 12.8%

• free cash flow more than doubled to £1.5m, and cash up 60.3% to £7.7m, after funding the DCA Medicspot acquisition from existing resources

• revenue up 6.3% to £20.4m, including £0.9m from DCA Medicspot, acquired on 8 May 2026 and giving DCA a position in UK weight management

• consultation volumes of 354,900, up 1.4%, with repeat patients making up 74.0% of consultations
