Change of Chief Financial Officer The Board is pleased to announce that Lisa Barter, who was appointed Interim Chief Financial Officer from 18 August 2026, has accepted a permanent Chief Financial Officer role effective 1 October 2026. Lisa is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with more than 25 years' finance leadership experience across listed, private equity-backed and healthcare organisations. She has held Chief Financial Officer and senior finance roles in a range of growth-focused businesses, with particular expertise in financial leadership, governance, investor relations, M&A, business transformation and scaling complex multi-site operations. Prior to joining DCA, Lisa served as Chief Financial Officer of Bright Stars Nursery Group, a portfolio company of Oakley Capital. Before that, she spent seven years as Chief Financial Officer of AIM-listed healthcare provider Totally plc, where she led multiple acquisitions, supported capital raises and helped drive operational and financial performance through a period of significant growth.
